Remembrance Day Service

Many thanks to everyone who brought their daughters out to the Remembrance Day service on Tuesday. The girls did a great job marching in the parade and watching the ceremony. Lest we forget...

The girls were very excited by our special visit from Norma Mitchell and her collection of snakes. Having the opportunity to experience natural science first-hand and up close is amazing for the girls. Thanks Norma!!

Halloween party a blast!

The Antigonish Sparks, Brownies and Guides gathered together Monday night to have a big halloween party at my home. Ther girls had a great time playing games, dancing, doing the limbo, making crafts and having creepy snacks. If we plan a party like that again I'll know to stagger the pick up time at the end... we had a long lineup of traffic when the parents came to pick up their ghouls... the neighbours must be wondering what I'm up to...

Slumber party a success!!
